This is my favourite! Many issues vanished after I began taking psyllium. Bloating and constipation are gone, acidity is manageable, and cholesterol levels are normal. I now prefer capsules, which I take with water. Staying hydrated throughout the day is key – be healthy!

Overall, it's a fantastic natural supplement for increasing fibre intake. Both psyllium husk and apple pectin are excellent sources of fibre, known to alleviate gut issues and lower cholesterol. The capsules are easy to swallow and also assist with diarrhoea.

The quality from NOW is always excellent, and the packaging is good. This fibre provides great benefits not just for the intestines but for the entire body. It regulates bad cholesterol and blood sugar levels effectively. Works splendidly. It's crucial to drink plenty of water. It normalises stool, sugar, cholesterol levels, and enhances microflora. Highly recommended! Capsules are more convenient for taking outside the home, but it can also be mixed into baked goods, drinks, and yoghurts.
